Covid-19 Booking Conditions

From 21st June 2021 – all restrictions will end unless there are changes from the UK Government.

Bookings for the period from 17th May 2021 to 20th June 2021 - the conditions set out below for periods up to 17th May 2021 will apply except that toilet and shower facilities will be available as normal unless the UK Government changes the position before 10th May.

We will therefore accept bookings for this period for visitors who do not have on board toilet and shower facilities, but would have to cancel the booking if the position changes.

We will also be able to take tent bookings as normal, subject to whatever Covid restrictions then apply.

Up to 17th May 2021

In the interests of the health and safety of all our visitors, the following conditions must be adhered to when visiting the site.

a) There will be no toilet or shower facilities. We will only accept camper vans and caravans who have their own facilities. Our water, chemical disposal and electric hookup facilities are working as normal.

Visitors MUST:-

b) Connect and disconnect hookups wearing disposable gloves and dispose of them off site

c) Telephone us on 01904 797387 on arrival on our drive without leaving their vans , so we can tell them which site to occupy.

d) Socially distance from other visitors.

e) Only use the numbered dustbins on their site.

f) Minimise the use of chemical disposal and ring us on 01904 797387 to programme usage. Users must wear disposable gloves and dispose of them off site.

g) Minimise the use of water supply and when using wear disposable gloves and dispose of them off site.

h) Make payment in full in advance via our web site to avoid physical contact. We will send you details to make payment upon receipt of your booking enquiry.
